KeepNote has a free tier. The other two can be bought separately or together. They do different jobs: one unlocks local capabilities, the other is a subscription for cloud services.

KeepNote Free

Free — no purchase needed

  • Lists: groups, subtasks, repeating reminders
  • Bookkeeping: income, expenses, categories, totals
  • Notes: rich text, freehand drawing
  • iCloud sync (in your own Apple account)
  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

KeepNote Plus

One-time purchase, yours forever

  • Everything in the free tier
  • No free-tier feature limits
  • Does not include any cloud services

KeepNote VIP

Monthly or yearly subscription

  • Photo and scan bookkeeping (amounts and merchants read automatically)
  • Cloud receipt vault, each receipt linked to its entry
  • Receipt reports: monthly totals, categories, top merchants
  • Cloud search over the receipt text itself
  • Web version at keepnote.host/app

How much exactly

The App Store prices items for your region and shows it in your local currency, so this page does not hard-code numbers. Where to look:

ItemBillingWhere to see the price
KeepNote PlusOne-timeIn the app: Me → your membership card
KeepNote VIPMonthly or yearly, cancel anytimeSame screen; both periods are listed
Open the app, tap "Me" at the bottom, then tap the membership card at the top: you will see the real price for your region and what you already own. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store and can be cancelled anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

What the free tier limits

The free tier does not limit how many lists, entries or notes you keep, and it does not expire. The only difference is the cloud services listed under KeepNote VIP above. In other words, you can use KeepNote as a purely local lists + bookkeeping + notes app for free, indefinitely.

Refunds and cancellation

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; it stays active until the period ends.
